   Proposal Description:
   The tool termed "Combination miner" is intended to automatically browse this combinatorial hyper-space, normalize the resulting cohorts and test the output for compliance with noise filters. The cohorts with the filtered combinations of variables demonstrate medically and biologically significant effects, for example dementia reduction and extended lifespan. The software would aim to produce synthetic lethality for cancer and synthetic survival for dementia. In mature form, the tool would produce candidate high order combinations of factors suitable as the leads for repurposing combinational therapies.
